our company inception/visit/call out or if hand work only in case our fixed locked charges depends on Location plus cost of parts( EXTRA PRICE ) in case if need required for run to your appliance???
If possible our technician fix it on spot if not then depends on the condition technician maybe they need to take it in the workshop decision is technician who is available on front of you
If you accept our work of conditions then please reply and we arrange our one of team to attend your complaint

Hiby Service Centre offers efficient customer services through its proficient technicians and engineers. If there is any problem in our services or parts replaced thereof, the only thing customers have to do is produce the bill or invoices and they will get it replaced or repaired, according to the need.
We only keep your Repair Appliances for 10 days.you should have to receive your Appliance in 10 days after that we throw away the product. And you have no Legal right to claim this.
All service work carried out by Hiby Service Centre is supported by maximum 50 days warranty (depends on Appliances). Furthermore, all genuine parts used are covered by an approved parts warranty.
Transparent pricing and invoicing:
believes strongly in transparency when it comes to invoicing any work done on your appliances. There will be no hidden costs or unwanted surprises on your bill at the end of any work. And if you are still unsure about any item on your bill, our service centre are more than happy to help with your complaint or queries.
Always insist on authorized bills or invoices:
Many times, technicians or engineers uses unfair practice and ask the customer to service or repair their appliances without issuing any bills or invoices for the services or parts replaced by them. This approach may encourage short-cuts and dishonesty because the technician get benefit directly and the customer gets cheated with unofficial services and fake parts. Hiby Service Centre, caution their customers not to get confused with such technicians or engineers and always insist on bills or invoice from the authorized service center.
